Chrysler introduced their new “Core” Models for the 2013 Challenger SRT8, 2013 Chrysler 300 SRT8 and 2013 Charger Super Bee. This edition is gonna get much lower price tags comparing with present SRTs .
The “back-to-basics” performance option will probably make enthusiast happy. Specially, after the price drop for upgraded power and handling. The “Core SRT” strategy also includes the newly announced 2013 Dodge Charger Super Bee.
2013 Challenger SRT8 Core Model will feature black grille, black SRT rear spoiler, black 392 decal on front fenders, 20-ich cat-aluminum wheels with Brembo brake calipers. The exterior color options will also include the trademarked Orange Pearl Coat and Plum Crazy Pearl Coat. The interior will feature “Ballistic” cloth inserts [same as in SRT Viper], mini-carbon bezel instrument panel, etc. The engine option is the only one – 6.4 liter Hemi V8 [470 HP].
2013 Chrysler 300 SRT8 Core Model features the same options – 6.4 Hemi engine, badges on front fenders, 20-ich cast-aluminum wheels with Brembo brakes, same “Ballistic” cloth in interior, 8 body colors, etc.
2013 Dodge Charger Super Bee features unique SRT badge with unique 3D helmeted bee, new split crosshair grille. Rear fenders will feature legendary 392 HEMI badges with round Super Bee graphics and a mention of modernization via “powered by SRT” wording. Orange Pearl Coat and Plum Crazy Pearl Coat are in the color option list too.
