Wow. Ford sold its first 500 Europe-destined 2015 Mustangs in a matter of 30 seconds. Europe had to wat 50 years for this.
There were some “some” special circumstances too – the final of UEFA Champions League. 9300 fans placed their reservations and hoped to be the first 500 ones. All these Mustangs were allocated across 20 countries and limeted to either Race Red coupe or Magnetic Silver convertible. Since V6 will not be available in Europe, buyers will chose from 2.3 EcoBoost or GT engines. All 500 units will get latest SYNC system, navi, heated and ventilated seats, park assist system, black interior leather some chrome detals and 19-inch alloys.
Each lucky buyer will be invited to complete the order at a dealership later this year but… will have to wait until 2015 for delivery.
