Back in 1969 ZL1 Camaro was a performance beast empowered with 427 engine with was originally created for races. Those 69 units a of a high value today. It may possible, that this ZL legend will be successfully reincarnated by 2012 ZL1 Camaro – the most powerful Camaro ever.
2012 ZL1 will probably have 550 HP supercharged LSA V8 6.2 liter powerplant under the hood. The power will be handled via 6-speed manual transmission with dual clutch system. The original aim for this Camaro is to be driver friendly in both – street an circuit. Brembo brakes will ensure those horses be stopped properly.
The redesigned Camaro ZL1 exterior will give some extra character which “Zee eL” definitely deserves: new fascia with brake cooling vents, aluminum hood, rear spoiler and 20-inch rims. Wanna offer this beast? Stand into the line and expect Your 2012 ZL1 Camaro to be parked into Your garage only as soon as in the begining of the model year – 2012.
