According to the reporters of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) dealer conference in Las Vegas, a revived legendary nameplate the Barracuda convertible and new Charger will both feature current Alfa Romeo Giulia’s RWD platform and will be offered to public in the next 24 months. It is not likely that they’ll get the same Ferrari built turbocharged V6 (510HP) as used in Gulia, but expect plenty of power from a V8 and 4-cyl anyway. Rumors say that the new Charger will draw inspiration from 1999’s Charger concept car.
FCA told the reporters that up to 30 new products will arive in the next two years, so 2018 seems to be the year when at least new Charger will come.
